Jerseybelle Strawberry

The New Jersey Agricultural Experiment Station announces the naming of a new strawberry variety "Jerseybelle". The Small Fruits Industry Committee, of the New Jersey State Horticultural Society, cooperating with the New Jersey Agricultural Experiment Station, named the variety which has been under test for several years as N. J. 7-A. Jerseybelle is the seventh strawberry to be named since the breeding program began in 1928.
