Abstract

The origin and development of 30 hardy Kentville Stock Clone (KSC) selections is recounted and field performance of ‘McIntosh’ and ‘Red Delicious’ scion cultivars on these stocks is presented. A phenology of the KSC rootstocks is documented and compared to certain other rootstocks.
