Thirty plum (primarily Prunus domesticaL.) cultivars were assessed over a 13-15 year period for yield, bloom date, harvest date and tree survival. Good yields were obtained with, ‘Vee-blue,’ ‘Stanley’ and ‘Mont-Royal.’ Somewhat lower yields were obtained with ‘Bluebell,’ ‘Reine Claude’ and ‘Victoria.’ All other cultivars either gave fair to poor yields or failed to survive. Bloom and harvest dates are given for most of the cultivars.
