Abstract

‘Souris’ is a floricane-fruiting (summer-bearing type) red raspberry ( Rubus idaeusssp. strigosusMichx.) cultivar, developed by the Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, Morden Research Centre breeding program. This new cultivar is specifically adapted to colder growing regions of the northern USA and southern Canada. ‘Souris’ has good berry quality and yield potential.
