To the many honors already bestowed upon him, Dr. George M. Darrow, there was added still another, when he was awarded an Honorary Degree of Doctor of Science by the North Carolina State College of Agriculture and Engineering. The award appeared in the program for the Exercises of Graduation, dated June 1, 1963, as follows:
