Abstract

'Vesta' is a new, productive, high-quality almond variety developed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. 'Vesta', which interpollinates with the leading variety, 'Nonpareil', produces higher quality nuts than the other varieties used primarily to pollinate 'Nonpareil'.
